What you purchase
Two things: a date for a show available for distribution, in one location on one day, with an available production unit; or a non-exclusive performance licence, meaning the right to stage a work with your own resources for the performances, period and city stated in the order.

Prices and VAT
The amounts shown are exclusive of VAT; VAT is added at the rate shown in the summary. Italian VAT does not apply to businesses based outside Italy. Public bodies do not pay online: the order awaits formal authorisation and the invoice follows the split payment mechanism.

Payment
For dates, the deposit is paid online and the balance is paid on invoice as set out in the proposal; licences are paid in full when ordering. Payments are processed by Stripe, including via PayPal: card details never reach Red Group.

Confirmation
Every order is confirmed by Red Group within two working days. If the date or licence cannot be granted, the order is cancelled and the amount paid is refunded in full.

Cancellation
Terms and charges for cancellation after confirmation depend on how much time remains before the date and on costs already incurred, and are set out in the proposal or the licence.

Licence
The licence is valid only for the performances, period and city in the order and is not exclusive. Exclusive rights in a territory must be requested: Red Group grants them in writing.

Force majeure
If the performance cannot take place for reasons beyond the control of either party, the parties will first seek an alternative date before terminating the agreement.

Invoicing
The invoice is issued using the details entered at checkout; if you entered them incorrectly, write to Red Group before the invoice is issued.
