Who processes your data

What data we collect
Only the information a person sends us. For a request: the name of the theatre or company, the period and location of interest, and an email address. For the client area: name, organisation, email address and a password, which we do not store in plain text. For an order: billing details, the show with its date and location, and the time at which the terms of sale were accepted. We do not carry out profiling.

Why we collect it
To respond to a request for availability or information and to run the client area. We do not share your data with third parties, except Stripe for payment.

Purchases
For orders, we process billing and contact details: they are needed to perform the contract and to meet tax obligations, which require us to keep them for ten years.

Payments
Payment takes place on the page of Stripe, an independent data controller: we send it the email address, the order and the amount, and we receive the outcome from Stripe. Card details remain with Stripe.

How long we keep it
Requests and accounts: for as long as necessary to respond and manage any resulting relationship, after which they are deleted. Orders and billing details: ten years, as required by tax obligations.
